Scope

The Grievance Officer handles: concerns or complaints about content published on Plural; requests to access, correct, or erase personal data; withdrawal of consent for processing of personal data; reports of unauthorised use of Plural content; takedown notices under the Copyright Act 1957 or IT Act 2000; and any other concern requiring formal editorial or operational response.

Email grievance@plural.co.in. Please include: full name and contact details; a clear description of the grievance; the URL of any relevant Plural page; the outcome you are seeking; and any supporting documentation.

All grievances are handled in accordance with Indian law. Every concern is acknowledged within twenty-four hours.
