These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Plural platform at plural.co.in (the "Service"), operated by Banat Singh, contactable at banat.singh@plural.co.in (the "Operator"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms in full.
Plural is an independent editorial platform publishing structured analytical syntheses of news events. It does not provide investment, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to access the Service. The Operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for your own non-commercial use. The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, change pricing, restrict access from specific jurisdictions, or terminate access for breach at any time without prior notice.
All content on the Service — syntheses, the Narrative Divergence Index and its scoring methodology, original analytical text, layout, design, and the Plural name and wordmark — is the property of the Operator, protected under the Copyright Act 1957 (India) and applicable international conventions.
Readers may quote up to 100 words from any single synthesis for non-commercial commentary or academic purposes, with credit and a link. All other reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or AI training use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; engage in automated scraping or systematic content extraction; use Plural content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI or machine learning system; attempt to reverse-engineer the NDS or any other proprietary editorial system; gain unauthorised access to the Service; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Plural does not provide financial, legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Service should be construed as such.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Operator's aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid in the preceding twelve months, or (b) ₹1,000.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution for at least thirty (30) days.
